Reading tip: "99.99%" is a 4-log reduction — below the 6-log bacteria benchmark of the EPA/NSF "purifier" standard, and organism-specific numbers say nothing about protozoan cysts, which almost no bottle claims. Percentages without an organism, cycle time, and protocol can't be evaluated at all.

What UV-C bottles are good for — and not

Good for: keeping already-potable water fresher, reducing susceptible microbes, and cutting bottle funk between hand-washes. Not for: making wilderness or visibly turbid water safe, or removing lead, PFAS, sediment, or chemicals — that's filtration's job, with its own certifications.
